Domino's Pizza - Quinton

They have a fantastic, dedicated team that seems a bit overwhelmed because of the large neighborhoods nearby. They could likely double the size of their store and staff and still be profitable. If they could deliver just a couple of miles further, they would attract even more customers, and it would definitely fill a long-standing void for me. Honestly, I'd pay a premium just to avoid driving!

I would like to commend the team who worked the 4 PM shift on November 13, 2022. They prepared the best Domino's pizza I've ever had, and the quality of the food until delivery was exceptional. Thank you!

It could definitely be improved. Everything we ordered was burnt—three pizzas, three boxes of chicken, and an order of lava cakes, all of which were as hard as a rock.

I placed my order online at 6:33 pm. It was supposed to be ready between 7:00 and 7:10 pm. I didn 't get my pizza until 7:37 pm (pickup because they don 't deliver to my area). As I waited. There were 2-3 employees standing around, 1 employee sweeping thefloor, and 3 people making pizzas. There was NO sense of urgency, there was no I 'm sorry for the delay or anything. Theyboxed upour 2 pizzas and it sat on the rack. Finally I got the attention of one of the guys standing around. I said I 'm prettysure that 's my order there. He looked at the ticket (it was supposed to be brought out to my car,so they had the cari for on theticket) he said do you have a black Toyota? I said nom he went int hr parking lot and came back and reread the ticket andrealized he had the wrong vehicle. It was my order and he went back outin the parking lot trying to take it to my car with meinside waiting. Customer service left a lot to be desired. The pizza was excellent when I finally got it, but it was a rottenexperience actually getting to pick up the pizza.

Justin was absolutely awesome this evening! The best customer service I've ever received at this location. The previous female manager was rude and very disrespectful to me because her crew messed up my order.
