Went to restaurant for supper. Service was great and very quick. Food was great also.server was very friendly and kept checking to see if we needed any thing else.
Nice to see places like this popping up in New Brunswick as the name states its a Korean fried chicken place. I ordered half chicken in sweet & spicy sauce the chicken was cooked perfectly so moist & juicy & the breading had lots of crunch giving it lots of texture my only complaint about it would be too much breading on it.
Quite a variety on the menu but I decided to sample a Korean dish, bulgogi was delicious, huge poison came with lots of extras. Looking forward to going back to try something else. Nice eat in space and very courteous so I hope to take the family there soon. There's definitely something for everyone from poutine to Asian.
I went here for lunch yesterday on the recommendation from a friend. It's in a little strip mall right next to the Scholten's Shell gas station in Quispamsis. The exterior of the restaurant is fairly nondescript with a simple sign denoting that there is something there , the windows are opaque so you don't really know what it looks like inside until you walk through the door. Inside it is brightly lit, yellow painted walls and some simple seating. There is a menu and a menu board near the cash for those looking to do take out. The menu is made up of various fried items in a Korean style and available as combos. I started with the fried dumpling which were a pork and cabbage mixture light seasoned in a wonton style wrapper and deep fried , served with a sweetened vinegar soy sauce.for the main course I had the crispy panko crusted pork cutlet and opted for some steam rice instead of French fries. It comes with a shredded raw cabbage salad which is bit bland.. it comes with a pinkish creamy dressing that made it a little easier to chew and digest the salad.. they should probably use napa cabbage instead of regular cabbage as it is more pleasant and sweeter to eat raw. The pork cutlet was not greasy at all, perfectly fried and really crunchy. It is served with a cold sweet n sour type sauce.. which was a little unusual but good.. they will give you a spicy sauce upon request. The portion was generous. The service , a family run business was very accommodating. They are now serving the traditional Korean style dishes such as Bimbibap and a Bulgogi style hot pot. I look forward to going back to try some more.. I guess the lightly battered fried chicken is to die for
