Pizza Delight - QUISPAMSIS

The food usually always tastes good however the service is slow as it always seems they are understaffed.Usually get takeout but always find you are told it will be "40 minutes" when you order and then when you arrive to pick up your order, it is another 15-20 minute wait...we have stopped going there often because really, who wants to wait for an hour for pizza when there is so many other places now to get hot pizza in 20 minutes!

I've had nothing but 15 years of bad experience with Pizza Delight and this is now the last time. First, I ordered a half&half topping pizza, but they insisted on charging me for extra toppings! Never in my life has any pizza place charged me extra for a half&half pizza. Then when I get there to pick it up, it was supposed to come with a medium garlic finger - the guy at the desk even opened the box to see if it matched the slip and he said "Yup", until I quickly pointed out that they didn't give me garlic fingers, they gave me a second pizza! Seriously? So then I had to wait for them to cook garlic fingers. Then I had to point out they forgot to give me the side of pizza sauce I asked for (in lieu of donair sauce). Get home only to find out they gave me spaghetti sauce for the garlic fingers, not pizza sauce! And that was just the one visit! I could write a book on the other screw-ups I've experienced with these guys. And this was my first time back after 2 years, and my wife even said "Are you sure you want to order from them?". I wrote a complaint to their main office a week ago - no response. Go somewhere else people!

Our meal was luke warm and the service was terrible. We waited almost a half hour for our meal. I could understand if the restaurant was busy, but other than us, there were only 2 other tables. I have ate at this location before and have been happy with both my meal and the service, but after tonight I will think twice about returning.

Take out area could benefit from a good refurbishment, however the pizza is still tasty. Service is fairly quick and prices are competitive.

Wednesday afternoon, we were the only 2 in the place, 15 minutes for onion soup to arrive, it tasted great, until I later found it had twice the daily recommended salt content. my wifes salad was good however the wings I ordered arrived boneless and breaded, more like chicken nuggets from sobeys! hot sauce dip came on the side cold.I boxed most of it went home and made real wings.
