I visited for lunch today just before the high school rush, and I have to admit that the service was quite slow. I'm not sure if the girl working was overwhelmed or just distracted, but she spent a long time conversing with the customer in front of me (there was just one ahead of me), taking over 8 minutes to prepare two untoasted 6-inch subs for her. By the time she got to my order, she seemed too unfocused to get it right.
I just visited this location, which is usually great, but tonight was the complete opposite! Both of my orders were incorrect. To make matters worse, the cashier didn't even scan my card when I presented it to her. The service was terrible!
Ordered on the app, it was on time, everything was as ordered and delicious, very courteous, and when they called to tell me they were out of the bread I chose they were very polite.
No Paper towel/ no way to dry hands in the washroom. No wastebasket outside the stalls.The meats and cheese trays were very untidy.Dietary restrictions: There were no light dressing options.
