The service is actually atrocious. There are zero non-alcoholic drinks in the menu. Zero. When we asked to make a mojito without rum they couldn't do that. The khăn lạnh. Wet tissues that are so popular in Vietnam will be served open so you will have to pay for them. Uncool af. That mojito that could not have been made actually ended up in our bill anyways. Woeful. The parking. This building is busy so there are plenty of bikes. We waited for the man for a while and had to move them ourselves. The receptionist girl stops acknowledging your existence as soon as you leave and has no interest helping you find the guy who does that for a living. Great location, nice view, decent desing. All that is wasted. Gotta step up.

Despite the loud dance music that could be heard a block away when I arrived no one was dancing. The drinks were an 'ok ' price. The service was questionable, I was unsure if the bartender was drunk or just exhausted as the following happened: He first gave me a drink, didn 't ask for my money. I let him know I needed to pay in which he put the drink behind the bar and then took my money. Now I have no drink and have paid. I try to mention I need my drink in which I get a glass of ice and then finally my drink after a 4th interaction.

Bar at 4th floor of a building with terrace. Good view. Cheapest beer at 22,000 VND.

Nice view. Very relaxed and good music. A bit pricey.
