Mcdonald's - Raceland

2 vists in the last 6 weeks employees would not take my order either time managemt is rude .WILL NOT BE BACK!!!!!!!! mcdonalds customer service line is a joke .

They are rude they insult people take their money make them pay for refills after you just bought a drink got harassed three times in one week about stealing a cup when I had but my cup already they have no respect for customers at all and they need new managers because the ones they have are not worth **** God whoever the general manager isPlease do something about it are you need to get a new manager

Had to pull up bc I was handed the wrong food. Get home to realize that once again I only hv not even half a slice of cheese on my signature hamburger. Picture in comments. I know that McDonalds isnt hurting for slice cheese!

We just experienced the most pleasant drive-thru experience. Whoever was taking the order just now is the most friendly McDonald's employee we've ever come across! Keep up the great work, buddy!

Apparently the workers in back can't read! No cheese means no cheese! It's sad really.
