"Great service! I ordered takeout and had a pleasant experience. The price per person was between $10 and $20. The food was excellent, earning a rating of 5, and the service also received a 5. The atmosphere was decent, rated at 3. I highly recommend the Frappuccino with caramel!"

Recently, I've observed that Starbucks could make some improvements in terms of cleanliness. There's definitely a need for better management of things like picking up trash off the floor and handling sneezes. While I did enjoy the espresso, I do hope I don’t end up catching a cold; I certainly wouldn’t want to depend on the staff for any assistance!

I visit this place every morning, and the staff are wonderful. They truly make my mornings brighter, especially on Mondays! Julie and Jackie are exceptional!

I placed my order in advance, and my drink was ready approximately one minute before the scheduled pickup time. The drive-thru line was nearly full, so I recommend ordering ahead at this location. My drink was delightful and lived up to my expectations. Getting to the restaurant was a bit tricky because there’s only one entrance through the mall parking lot, but it didn’t significantly slow me down.

As someone who has a disability, I find it very upsetting to see vehicles parked in designated handicap spaces. When a customer inquired about a specific car parked there, they were informed it belonged to an employee and that it was acceptable for them to park in that spot. I called the store tonight to bring this issue to the attention of the store manager, but the supervisor told me that it was actually the store manager's car and that it was fine since there was another ramp available. This is NOT acceptable. It violates the law, and the lack of concern for the accessibility of individuals with disabilities is truly disheartening. Please do better. I hope this message reaches someone who genuinely cares.
