Wendy's - Racine

Ordered through the Wendy's app from this location and they apparently just leave all the food out for anyone to take. The mobile delivery orders are filled through DoorDash, which wasn't clear during the process, and my dasher contacted me, well after the delivery should have been made, to tell me someone else took my order. So almost 45 minutes later I still have no food and needed to contact support to get a refund. The manager was totally unbothered that food seems to be stolen all the time because no one is watching it. Will never be ordering delivery from here again.

All I ever order is a cheeseburger so it's hard to rate.

Just got the door dasher sent to pick up the food. The first order they did not have. According to our customer service three people tried to pick up the same order.While on the phone to customer service, they hire dude shaved head walks out running of at the mouth about what our job is and how to do it. We took care of everything with support then proceeded following the new directions.The person who answered drive thru this time was really nice and supportive.

Best Wendy's in Racine. Just as good as the other one on Washington with the busy drive thru. Sometimes worth the extra mile to avoid the wait.
