Contribuisci feedbackI see a lot of negative reviews for this place, but I think the people do the best they can do without help. I was here twice, and both of my eating was hot, delicious and came in a reasonable amount of time. I appreciate the effort to quality food even if it takes a few extra minutes, they do to lack of personal!
Poor service and underoccupied. we waited 20 minutes to submit our order. After 20 minutes the waitress asked us to wait a few more. When she came back, she informed us that they had no cooking and only snacks and drinks were available. we informed the person next to us and went.
I know every place is short on the staff, but I sat today at one of their stands for 15 minutes nobody answers the call button. So someone was raised next to us and they were answered immediately. So I moved into the next stall and thought maybe it was out of order, how many of them have signs on them, but no one answered it again so that I left. that is not the one who is going to make businessmen.
We had a fair experience here. the main reason was that it was apparently just a person who was the auto hop/waitress and was unknown to us, she was understandably far behind the intake and delivery of human food orders. instead of placing their food order on the park kiosks, they personally gave their order to the auto-hop/hitress that came to them as it was in the position. we have never seen any signs showing the loudspeaker where they usually specify their order where not working. many people came in. we were waiting 30 minutes probably for our food, as the one person of several waiting customers was overwhelmed. the auto-hop/hitress was friendly and respectable, but never gave us a statement what the problem was. normally they are more efficient than this. my man likes to eat here, but if you look at the situation that it could and should have been a better experience. we got our food and the sandwiches were good, but the woofer rings were not the broth so thick on the wobble and tasted as if it had been cooked longer. I wish I could report a better experience, maybe the problem she seemed to have one day was fixed. there was a lot that customers come and try to place their food orders to the kiosks, but quickly leave when they don't receive any answer. thank you for your time.
This location doesn't deserve 1 star.Literally, waited 40 mins for order, then was told they're out of 1 item I ordered.Tried something else.Waiting another 20 minutes for that lol.It's ridiculous. You have to laugh. Manager walked out on her team.Guys playing in the back, eating, the place should be shut down.The young lady with black hair took orders and brought them out was the only reason from not getting irritated. She was very respectful and thanked everyone for waiting, but whew that team is making her work performance look awful.Please find yourself a better work place. She deserves it. Sonic doesn't deserve her.
