Whoever was working on the shift at 1030pm... y'all are awesome! I asked for a lot of lettuce on my nachos and they definitely did not disappoint. so thank you!!

I?ve always been happy with the service and the food at this particular Taco Bell, however today is a different story. I went thru the drive thru placed my order. They got my order correct there was no issue with that, but, when I got home saw the condition my Mexican Pizza was in, my blood began to simmer. The box looked like it had been stepped on. I opened it and instead of a Mexican Pizza, I had a smashed up pile of Mexican Pizza mush. I couldn?t bring myself to even try to eat it. This is no way to treat loyal customers! I worked all day, didn?t feel like going home cooking so I chose to go by Taco Bell to get take out. I will be more careful where I choose to get dinner after a long day at work from now on.

Went to this restaurant today, waited in line for 15 minutes at the drive thru. Made and purchased my order specifically asking for mild sauce. Half way home I discovered that I had only received hot sauce and no drinking straw. I turned around drove the 7 miles back to the restaurant waited in line 5 more minutes. After reaching the window again I explained the problem and took a picture for Google. I explained what I was doing and the lady called the manager. I explained to her my disappointment and asked for hot food. (By this time my order was cold). The manager asked for my ticket and I gave it to her. She handed it back and with a bad attitude said I CAN 'T HELP YOU . I took another picture of her and she told me she was calling the cops on me for taking photos. I am posting the photos here and tomorrow morning on all social media sites. The food was cold and terrible, the service was absolutely disrespectful. I will recommend everyone avoid this place as much as possible. And for the record there is no crime in taking pictures at a public place. Why else would Google ask for people to add photos of places they visit. So to the evil manager at taco bell, let 's not meet again . The manager needs to be taught respect and how to properly wear a mask. Hope she doesn 't have covid 19 preparing food with her mask half off.

Face service, but be sure and check their bag for all their food before leaving the drive thru.
