The quality of the service, homemade bread, mouths and predessert are also to be emphasized. On the menu we had: We had taken a GinTo and a cup of bubbles At the mouth of the moment Very good with a just seasoning. Input: a bar tartare, tomatoes and citrus. It was a good, fresh and balanced dish perfectly accompanied by a wine from the region of Saint Guilhem the Desert. In dish: day fish filter with onions and eggplants, potato mousseline, white butter. Two types of onion preparation, a melted eggplant. An excellent dish accompanied by a white wine from Burgundy. We also took the cheese plate Chef's predessert A harmony between strawberry, cherry and tomato For dessert: Fishing, hazelnuts, yoghurt and chocolate. Good dessert. I wish I had a little more presence for hazelnut. The tile was good but I am a gourmet; . My companion had taken the homemade chocolate hub, fruit and vanilla ice cream. Everything was very good! Good smiling service! Good wines! A good time! Quality products! At the price level, you must count 200 euros to 2. An excellent kitchen a boss with little care, just one thing svp of fresh fries and it will be a 10/10
It was our first time since the reopening. And it made us feel like we came the day before! Indeed, from the entrance to the restaurant, the reception is super warm, the new decor is magnificent contemporary and nature binding, we have too loved. Service of high quality, the chef, always as nice as well, and the kitchen... Extraordinary! Divine and surprising associations (pepper ice cream, buds of confit roses etc... a superb visual, a wine agreement, bha that well agrees LoL. Anyway, if you want to eat local, revisited, and combining modern chic and gastronomic, go without hesitation!!!! The bosses are much more than nice and the food is not bad (LoL, I disappoint, it is excellent!!! We will come back, again, very soon (No, we do not put all the fotos taken, so you can make your own beautiful idea of this restaurant at the top
Refined cuisine and nice discoveries on the plate with associations of flavors and surprising tastes. And the surprise at the dessert is to have discreetly thought of wishing the anniversary of one of the 2 guests! Bravo and thank you for this service to the customer.
First time a few weeks ago, it won't be the last one! Very good reception and dishes are delicious! The homemade breads were excellent and the chocolate marrow was huge!
