I gave this restaurant a 3-star rating because I ordered the vegan smashed avocado dish, which originally came with goat cheese. They simply omitted the goat cheese without adding anything in its place. The menu stated that the dish came with tomatoes, but all I got was a small cherry tomato cut in half on my sourdough toast. It felt like a small breakfast to pay $16 for avocado on toast with greens. I also asked for a side of mushrooms, which was listed on the menu, but they were out of them. Despite the disappointment with the food, I must say that the coffee was amazing and they offered a variety of plant-based milks. Overall, the fresh food was a positive aspect, but I would have preferred more than just one cherry tomato.
Rainbow Beach is the perfect escape! Especially after trying their incredible vegan burger! Made with bean and sweet potato patties, cucumber, spinach, and coconut feta, it's a delicious combination!
The coffee at this restaurant is extremely delicious, and they offer vegan options for both brunch and lunch. They also have a raw snickers cake available. However, the prices are quite high for the portion sizes.
Rainbow Beach is a hidden gem! The vegan burgers are absolutely delicious, made with beans and sweet potatoes, topped with pickles, spinach, and coconut feta. What a flavorful combination!
