Burger King - Rainbow City

The lady in the window that took my order pretended she couldn't understand what I said, then a man, but in n says, let us know when you're done. They gave us bacon egg n cheese biscuit"so I ordered sausage egg n cheese. No jelly if I ask for grape yellow, no straw for coffee. And it was just rude! I never go there again?

The food was great. Service, not so much. The woman who takes our order had the worst attitude I could ever imagine! I've been working for 3 years of customer service and never treated anyone like that!

Lady in the register was very nice. Actually, a mg came by to see if everything was okay. This never happened in a fast food restaurant.

The employees were very kind. I suppose they were out of barbecue sauce because they gave me some in a small container. It's happens in the food industry (running out of something) but don't skimp me on it to try to keep from making more sauces. Plus, the chicken fingers were kind of dry so I really needed that sauce. Lol

Terribly slow service (they were not busy, just not in a hurry). Burger condiments were half off of the bun. Drink machine selection was very limited (a lot of unavailables). Food was barely warm. 2 stars is gracious.
