Baja Burrito - Raleigh

We've adored Baja since we discovered it 24 years ago. Even though we moved away from Raleigh some time ago, we always make it a priority to stop for some burritos whenever we're in the area. Food: 5/5

Some of these reviews are just ridiculous, so I felt compelled to share my own experience. My husband and I dine here very frequently—up to three times a week when we're in the mood—and we've been coming since 2015. I can honestly say I've never been disappointed. In seven years, I've had zero complaints. The fish tacos are the best I've ever tasted, and I find myself craving them regularly. The hot sauce is fantastic and definitely not bland, as one reviewer suggested. If you can’t handle heat, maybe skip the hot sauce? It's genuinely amazing. I've also tried the birria quesadilla, which was equally delicious. This place never lets me down; don’t pay attention to the naysayers—they just have broken taste buds!

Their food is excellent, but they don't have good customer service skills. I had to shout out a hello for them to stop talking to each other and come help me. On top of that, they give out chips, but can't give you the sauce without paying for it.Food: 5/5

I 've been going here since DP Dough was a comic book shop called Amazing Tales . That is probably going to mean nothing to almost everybody, and that 'll tell you how long I 've been eating here haha. Going up to Baja Burrito after hanging out at the shop is such a fond memory. We don 't have the comic shop anymore, but at least we have Baja.This place is just so nostalgic for me- it hasn 't changed in 15+ years. It 's one of the oldest living establishments in the area and for good reason. The food is great, consistent, and priced fairly.If this place ever moves or closes, I will be crushed because it 's way better than Chipotle or Qdoba.
