Boston Market - Raleigh

I took some time to reflect on my first visit to this restaurant, which was arranged by my companion. I spent $114 on a meal for my family, and unfortunately, they carelessly tossed all the food containers at the bottom of the bag. The contact information on their website, which I tried to use to express my concerns, seems to be completely unavailable and ineffective. This experience was far from satisfactory, and I would not recommend this place. I want a full refund!

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The server insulted me by saying "patience is a virtue" as if I hadn't been patient with him. All he needed to do was press one button to process my card, but it seemed to be a struggle for him. The music was so loud that I had to ask them to turn it down, but some people remained silent about it. I won't be returning. The beans were very basic, and overall, my experience was not enjoyable. I used to frequent Boston Market, but I'm sorry to say it's just not the same anymore.

The meatloaf and rotisserie chicken were fantastic! I also noticed a sign in the bathroom stating that they check for cleanliness every hour, which was quite impressive. Overall, I would rate the food a perfect 5 out of 5!

Bm has absolutely horrific with the smaller portion tablet server they literally give a creature of everything whether it fills or not. the personal on capital blvd is terrible very rude! the money is not worth it. the chickens are so small that they look like maish chickens. portion size is absolutely terrible way over priced! you have no time!

Very friendly, professional staff, who are helpful, serve the delicious Boston Market foods that I have grown to love over the years.
