Carolina Sushi And Roll - Raleigh

We were given a drink menu, so I decided to order a beer. However, it turned out they didn't have the proper licensing yet. Unfortunately, everything we tried to order was unavailable. In the end, we decided to leave and try another place.

Every time I visit this restaurant, the food is delicious. If you order the spicy Tofu Udon with egg, you’re in for a treat. I'm also a big fan of the bulgogi bento box. I've never been disappointed!

UPDATE: At 6:46 PM, I finally got inside. It was definitely worth the wait! Every penny spent was worthwhile, and the staff, which included just one lady and the cook, were extremely friendly. They even treated us to some fried dumplings as a thank-you. I highly recommend this place!

My old review to say that this all my time favorite place in Raleigh. The people who run it are so friendly and were amazingly patient. My friends and I showed up with big parties, were angry loud and did not shout, but we were always happy and felt welcome. It is a quiet place that is quite inside with a large menu. I always have half the price rolls they offered every day because I'm cheap, but I also have to try other things on the menu and it was all great. The octopus was really good, I never tried. We're here several times a week. You can't eat wrong here. A million times recommended.

Came in for lunch around 1:30pm. We were seated and ordered then notified that the chef was unavailable to prepare food. If the chef didn?t want to take the orders because of closing at 2pm it could have been communicated when we entered the establishment. The restaurant should also close if there is no chef available (or willing) to prepare food. Very disappointed
