Placed an order for delivery with the operator that was apparently declined by the store, got sent back to another operator cuz I guess the line for the store timed out cuz I was waiting for so long, operator went “huh, looks like your order was declined for some reason, let me transfer you back to the store”, commence almost 40 minutes of waiting and no one answered the phone. I eventually gave up and hung up. Never spoke to anyone. Figured I would try again so called again and suddenly the automated operator said “this location is no longer taking delivery orders”. While I understand that things get super busy, especially on the weekends, almost 40 minutes of waiting is quite excessive and a subpar first experience with this store to say the least.
Order thin pizza meat lover when got it was square cut sorry we don't eat square we want in pie cut. So girl told use she couldn't do thin crusty in pie cut I a manger to and you do whatever to make customer happy because you want them come back he don't want remake be he was afraid she might do some to it. You need training your manager better customer come first they one who help her pay her bill.
Anaya cursed me out for calling to check on my pizza after waiting almost an hour and a half. I called back 3 more times only to continue to get yelled at and have my order cancelled and her telling me I’m blocked from ordering. Very wild. 0/10. Not recommended.
Quite honestly, if I could give this place a zero, I would. I stopped ordering from the Cross Link location over a year ago, but my husband forgot and placed an order on 4/22/23 at 9:24pm. At 10:15, we realized the tracker still had our order at the Prep stage, although Teyania started prepping our order at 9:24pm, when we placed it. At 10:30, my husband decided to call no answer. He called again with no answer. At 10:40, I called and, again, no one answered. We drove to the store to try and cancel the order, and the door was locked, and the people working inside completely ignored us. I got their attention when I banged harder on the glass and let the girl know that we wanted to cancel our order but no one was answering the phone. She let me know, first, that she was not going to respond to us because we were banging on the door, and, second, that they were busy. Well, we wouldn 't have been banging on the door had she responded the first few times we knocked and they ignored us. Also, we wouldn 't even have been there had someone answered the phone the three times we called and sat on the line waiting for them to answer. Then we get back home, receive our pizzas at 11:30pm, and our order is wrong. The only highlight is that they got my kids ' pizza correct, but I assume it 's hard to get cheese pizza wrong. NEVER AGAIN! We are done with Dominos.
