Dunkin' - Raleigh

I popped in for a quick meal and was greeted by a line that stretched all the way to the door. Surprisingly, the line remained just as long throughout my visit. Despite the wait, the food was delicious and was prepared quickly given the number of orders. I had a Sourdough Breakfast Sandwich that was served piping hot, which was a pleasant surprise! I also enjoyed a very good latte. Overall, it was a positive experience.

Without a doubt, it was the best dining experience I've had in a long time! When I walked in, I wasn't sure what I wanted, so I asked the cashier, Teresa, for her drink recommendation. She crafted the most amazing coffee I've ever tasted! Plus, both employees were incredibly friendly—I'd like to give a shoutout to Mckayla as well. The staff here is simply wonderful!

I went in the morning, around 8a and it was very busy. Every employee seemed to be working but it still took a while to get my wrap. Just prepare for the extra time and know the wrap is smaller than a dollar bill.

I arrived bright and early to pick up a large order of donuts for my office. I had called the night before to give the staff a heads up. When I got there (way too early), my donuts were all set and my coffee was just brewing—perfectly timed, as it went straight into my two fresh boxes of Joe. The staff behind the counter were friendly, attentive, and cheerful, even with a line of very hungry customers building up behind me. In terms of food, Dunkin' is pretty much the same everywhere, but this location definitely earns a five-star rating for its customer service.
