Contribuisci feedbackThe fries were great, but only if you request them fresh. On the whole, the service was quick, especially since I got my fries fresh. However, the atmosphere is not welcoming at all. The staff handing out the food don't greet you and don't give you a chance to ask for things like napkins. I would probably only return for the fries and would advise others to keep in mind that the staff does not greet customers.
The experience was so bad I will never ever go back. Starting at the drive through speaker I could tell he was not paying attention to my order as if I was a distraction. Repeated the order 3 times. He grew silent so I pulled up to the window. I realized why he was unable to take my order because he was having a conversation on his cell phone. It never left his ear through our interaction. Repeated the order a 4th time. Paid $32.20. And pulled forward. The window employee was kind and pleasant. Checked the bag before driving off and I was a double cheeseburger short. Checked the receipt and I was not charged for the missing double cheeseburger. I asked the Manager if he could make the order situation right and include the missing item. He said I could pay for it and pull around and wait for it. I declined and left. At that point it was a bad experience not terrible. Got home and realized the drinks were 2 different sizes and both diet. Called the number on the receipt and the same manager Aemend asked me what I wanted. I ask him if he could make it right the next time I come in. Nope would not do that. He asked if I wanted him to send me the food over the phone. He basically said (F) you and hung up on me. So save yourself some grief and keep driving to the next one. Right for me is $32.20 and I'll be on my way.
When I finally placed my order at the window with a rather rude employee, I moved to the pickup window where I was greeted by a friendly young man who confirmed my order. Unfortunately, they were out of apple pies. He suggested pumpkin pies as an alternative, but I have a pumpkin allergy. He kindly asked if I would like something else and I requested snack-sized McFlurrys instead. The staff member went to get approval from the manager, who was exceedingly rude and unprofessional. He denied my substitution request and insisted I either take the pumpkin pies or get a refund. I explained again that I have a pumpkin allergy, but the manager yelled, "Well, she can either get the other pies or get her money back!" I was appalled by the manager's behavior and asked to speak with him directly. He came to the window and asked whether I had paid with cash or card. When I told him I paid with card, he asked for my card to process the refund. I took the opportunity to explain that the service I received was not just unprofessional but downright rude. I had to wait for orders to be taken from other cars, only to confront a disrespectful employee when I reached the window. After I paid, I learned that two items were unavailable, and when I asked for a substitute, I was met with attitude as if it was all my fault. It was 7:53 PM, and I don't understand why there weren’t any apple pies ready. I would have gladly waited had someone offered me that option. The rude service from both a worker and a manager demonstrates how unchecked behavior breeds more of the same. The manager was dismissive of my complaint and even closed the window in my face before walking away! This is the second time I've had a negative experience at this location, and I feel compelled to reach out to the corporate office. I've just moved into the area, and it's disheartening to see the same issues crop up during my visits. I honestly don’t know what the problem is with this particular restaurant. It feels like complaints are ignored, leading to continuous poor service and negative reviews. To make matters worse, my chicken sandwich was overcooked, reheated, and definitely not fresh. Overall, a horrible experience.
The customer service is unfriendly, creating an unpleasant atmosphere, and the wait times are extremely long.
Slow service, but the biggest problem is that this location does not have a place that you can refill your own drink... so you have to ask them for napkins, ketchup, and refills... this is not a great choice as you have to yell into the kitchen for them to come up to the front to see what you want
