Mcdonald's - Raleigh

I'll tell you the truth, I'm there every Wednesday for bible study at 6:40 am . That is one of the best staff you can find . Always cleaning, always a big smile and a good morning. Very helpful, and a nice size crowd that time in the morning. Just a nice place to go with or without the family.

Refused my refund after demanding due to delayed servicing and ingredient disagreement. Very nasty customer service and speaking Spanish is more common than you think. Let?s try not to talk bad about a customer in another language because they just might be Afro Latina ????. Cold food with an extremely long wait and a side of rudeness.

The manager Mariah has some of the worst customer service skills I have ever seen. She was incredibly rude towards me and other customers. Multiple times I've seen her ignore, belittle, and paying customers. I'm surprised she even made it this far in the service industry. I am beyond appalled with her behavior.

Just came out of McDonald's and it took 5 minutes for the lady to acknowledge that I was standing at the counter! Finally the manager comes and ask for my order. I wanted to get some barbecue sauce and she charges me .54 is this Spanish discrimination?

Inside the Walmart. Dining room is clean, and the staff are friendly. They have pretzels here and some dessert options that most other McDonald's around here do not have. There's more than apple pie! And they have the Oreo McFlurry, plus the soft serve machine is not broken! I walked over here while waiting for my car glass to be replaced at the nearby repair shop. It's a short walk, and it wasn't too bad even on a rainy day. The food was fine at this McDonald's. They actually made it super fast! I wasn't even done getting my drink when they called my number. I got a buttermilk crispy chicken sandwich. It was hot and it didn't have hard edges like some chicken sandwiches have. The chicken was thick, too. Not too bad for a quick bite! Like I said, dining room is clean. It is also pretty spacious for a Walmart restaurant.
