Mi Rancho - Raleigh

Waiter was nice. I ordered a Pina Colada it was really good. The food was tasteless, no type of seasoning or anything. just bland. I ordered tacos, sent them back thought I would try something simple like nachos still wasn’t good. I didn’t eat the food informed the waiter that after only eating ONE nacho, I was good on the food. The manager had to be called over bc they still expected me to pay for the food I didn’t eat. The manager said I should at least pay half since I ordered it said if I didn’t like the food I should stop coming back all the time. THE WAS MY FIRST TIME THERE. The manager was EXTREMELY RUDE argumentative. He walked away multiple times while I was still speaking, he eventually agreed to take the food off. My sister went up to pay for her food (which wasn’t good either but still seemed to eat it) tried to speak with the manager to smooth things over, he walked away while she was talking to him yelling “you’re going to pay for the rest of that, I’m not taking nothing else off” while she was literally paying for the drinks we had the food she ate.Management needs proper customer service training bc this isn’t it.

We eat there ever so often. Thought I would try something different which was a great choice except I wanted the smaller portion and thought I indicated such. Server admitted they always assume you want the larger portion. I even commented when food was brought that it looked like a large portion for the price. Guess the lesson here is the server is always right! Boy have times changed from when the customer was always right.

The karaoke gets loud but I go for the food. Big and tasty portions. If I remember correctly, there is a ramp for accessibility and no stairs inside.

Have been going here for the past few years. The servers are very friendly. The owner will OVER CHARGE everything on your bill. If you order small he will charge for large. If you order the drink specials he will charge you full price. Didn’t bring it up because the staff is friendly but charging extra is becoming a regular for him now. He will even say on the phone about the specials but still over charge on your bill on purpose. CAUTION CHECK YOUR BILL!!

Dear Mexican food. this place was next to our hotel, so we tried. it was good and drinks were strong. immediately felt a buzz. bill came like 60 with 2 drinks cheese sauce and 2 order of nachos so its expensive. the waitress was nice and the food came out quickly. just what I didn't like was the small size of the dishes that the salsa came, but salsa was fresh and very good
