Nice people. I love her broad dogs more than Aunt Ann is for some reason. And the guy wept to have two less bacon bites, could just have gone back and let them know. You'd have helped.
As a dealer in Crabtree Valley Mall I just bought what should be an 8 piece bacon mozzarella bite. When I returned to my store (flashback) I was angry to find only 6 pieces. Shame on you! You lost my business; I will challenge my credit card fee and complain to Mall Management. DON'T GO THERE is my advice.
I only had a friend post on their FB page after watching the manager who had been dealing with money and never washed his hands and never rolled on gloves dough and watched an employee doing the same. I can't eat with such an observation. Your contribution was 10 hours ago.
Stopped by today to try the new pretzel bites with my two year old and my mom. The young man who took my order and made the bites for me stepped away from the counter. An older gentleman (who was working the Mrs. Field cookie counter) removed the bites from the warmer and put them on a pan. I asked him to please put the salt on them while they were in the pan. He ignored me and continued to put them in the cup. I again asked if he could please put the salt on while the rest were in the pan bc I didn 't want some to be Saltier than others. He CONTINUED to ignore me, not even responding to me. I asked can you hear me? thinking maybe the glass was preventing him from hearing me. He looked at me said yes I hear you. I know what I 'm doing. He then put salt on the pretzels in the cup, put the top on the cup and shook it. I understand they do this for a living but a little communication could have gone a long way. Good customer service would have been him telling me what he was going to do, NOT ignoring me. The bites were DELICIOUS. But this older gentleman 's lack of customer service was terrible. I 'll never go back.
