The staff is consistently friendly, and the food is genuine Southern-style picnic fare. I tried the special of the month, the chicken salad. Carl was manning the register, and it was my first time having him take my order. He reminded me of a mountain man with his big, furry beard and solid build. He’s really a great guy! He took care to get my order right, reading it back to me to confirm, and everything was perfect. He's super friendly and excellent at his job. I'm glad to see this place thriving even after Steve's passing. Keep up the fantastic work and the delicious food. I absolutely love that chicken salad!

For instance, I ordered a chicken salad sandwich, which is their special on Mondays, and requested the bread on the side to avoid it getting soggy. This simple request turned into quite an ordeal. The cashier struggled to understand my order, causing delays as I was trying to place a quick order. The line behind me started to grow, and he had to leave his station to figure out how to ring up the bread separately. The male cashier had a tough time communicating my request to the kitchen staff. Fortunately, the food remains reliably delicious and consistent. Unfortunately, the service does not always match up. This is a walk-up, quick-service restaurant, and there are a few benches available for you to sit on while you wait, although the ambiance leaves much to be desired.

The chili dogs are absolutely perfect for a hot summer day. The lines moved quickly, which is great to see. I often notice people lined up all the way to the street, so I had to give it a try. Tuesdays also offer some fantastic deals!

I like the hotdogs, love the chicken salad, both in a sandwich and just buying a half pint or pint. The service isn't as fast as some other places, BUT the short wait is well worth it. Most Snoopy's don't have indoor seating; I have no issue eating in the car, or on the tailgate of my truck. Very basic and efficient, we're regulars, especially with their coupons and specials.

Delicious little spot to grab a quick bite. To-go only and service was really fast. They have daily specials as well as every day combinations. We didn't order chicken salad, but it seemed to be quite popular, especially on a sweltering summer day. The chili was on point, nice and saucy without being oily. Far too often we get hot dogs and the chili is either an oily, greasy mess, or it's lacking sauce and more like seasoned crumbled beef, but that definitely not the case at Snoopy's. The crinkle cut fries were perfectly crispy outside with a soft, fluffy inside. Overall a great place to get a classic hot dog.
