Spring Rolls Parkside - Raleigh

Wake county health inspection please raid this place asap. It was dusty and dirty, which should have been a warning sign. But I got takeout, and found hair when I got home. It was too late since I already ate some. My tummy started to disagree with abdominal pain and loose stool then turned into diarrhea. Moreover, the waiter/front person (a slender, mid-aged Caucasian male with glasses) had such a nasty attitude if I don't know better, wouldn't be surprised that he is a debt collector. He was extremely rude, dismissive, impatient and incompetent. Susan Tu, the owner, if you're reading this, make sure to dismiss this person because he's bleeding your business big time. But the nasty service aside, do yourself a favor and run the other way. The food was bland and soggy, tasted disgusting and definitely not worth to suffer an episode of diarrhea.

First time trying to dinate completely vegan – our server was very courteous, and was helpful to find out what was on the vegan menu! there is a whole “vegetarian” part of the entrees that can all be made vegan when they ask. kung pao tofu was amazing!

This is one of those places that the service always rocks. also eating is not oily. it is fresh and the portions are huge!

Asked jump rolls to a party for 25. the delivery was seamless and the food was amazing. not a gast went back for seconds (and third). the only negatiw was, I wish we had ordered a larger tablet of bang garnelen, it was amazing. great people who order for a party.

That never disappoints! I started going there many years ago. Today we went to my daughter's birthday. this is one of their places on their list of favorites. my aubergine in garlic sauce is so good. my man said his sweet and sour bun is the best he ever had! my mother could not stop riding about how good their general zehen was! They serve the best Chinese food I still had in raleigh! and the lunch specialties are a good sort with the perfect combos and cheap. BUT.........Sure to say our server was best moderate. She didn't wipe all the table when we sat and the table had something on it. She just wiped that spot. we used our own wipes to clean the table, I'm sorry it wasn't clean. our server constantly reached our plates while we eat instead of going to the person they served. the noodles for our suppe were stale. I put them in cash because my server wasn't there. When she came up, I told her that our noodles were stabbed, she grabbed all that I have, instead of saying, I'm sorry, let me see what I can do. Fortunately, the person behind the bar had enough sense to make some fresh noodles instead of blowing off, we were served Stale food. she just came by as if we were to interrupt her. the restaurant was not busy. we love jump roll really. we were disappointed that they closed their north hill location, but we followed them into the wade ave. However, if they continue to allow their server to wait so sloppy on people, they lose their order.
