Using Siri, this is the closest location without deviating from the planned route. This Starbucks is inside Target. Not wanting to go elsewhere, I decided to get inline to order since there was only one ahead of me. Gotta love it, if you want to see time pass by, this is the place. 3 behind the counter and a thirty minute wait for a warm pistachio latte. I was gonna ask for a piping hot replacement but time was not on my side. Here's the kicker... talk about sweet, this is the sweetest pistachio latte I've ever had. Had I saved it for the next day, I could have used it as pancake syrup. Ambiance???? It's inside Target. The folks could have at least kept the area clean. By the way, this Starbucks does not accept Starbucks payment. Scan only: Will strike this location off the list for coffee.
Not a good experience. I ordered a sugar free non-fat coffee drink. When I was wrung up the register said vanilla latte. I questioned the barista and was told their system is not sophisticated enough to have all the buttons for all the drink combinations. I find this hard to believe. Then I sat down while my drink was being made and did not hear the barista call my name. I was about two feet away. So either she whispered or neglected to call me, my hot drink sat on the counter until I realized it was mine. When I confronted her, all I got was, I called your name. Yeah, right. I don't think I'll be visiting this Starbucks again.
Quick Customer Service and the Starbuck Ambience is gone! it is clearly All About A robotic assembly line that doesn't acknowledge any customers around them. It's about the drive through and not about the walkins. I was among the first customers in the very first Starbucks in Raleigh. It's completely different now customer service doesn't matter. At one time getting a cup of coffee at Starbucks was a cool experience now it's no different than waiting in line at McDonald's. Or any other fast food restaurant. Maybe its because they are all wearing masks after The mandate has been lifted and they cant talk.
Spent $17 on 3 coffees. Stood there for over 10 minutes while 3 employees cleaned and none were making my drinks. After I got my beverage it was room temperature.
Was in Wake Forest at Target and stopped into the Starbucks, I don't do Starbucks often, only as a special treat. The coffee person, she did not deserve to be called Barrista, as she was incredibly RUDE and more intrested in a male friend who was sitting at a table in the space. When one spends $5 on a cup of coffee, one does not expect to be snapped at. One expects better service from a place like Starbucks. I get better service at gas stations.
