Contribuisci feedbackSurprisingly, no order entries. it's hard to come to these days for a picky iron. friendly staff, fast service, beautiful escap. bad situation during peak hours. a really good example for a taco bell!
I always came here, but now the load is always underused, so at the meal times there is a long waiting time. the inner is closed almost all the time without signing or explaining something why. the employees are always great and pleasant, but clearly they are not incentivized to stay because they receive minimal payment and have crazy hurry to work with 2-3 person teams. this is one of the most popular restaurants on one of the busiest roads in raleigh, so there is no excuse to make the work not more attractive to keep the place full of personal.
Slower than slow, long waiting times, order was wrong after I finally got it. I will never go to this or other taco bell in the future. each is dirty (including bathroom) and the customer service is less than satisfactory. if I could give a negative star
I went to this taco bell several times in the course of a month and it was a consistently unpleasant experience. every time I ordered inside, my order needed 20 minutes to be ready; despite my order in the rule only 2 customized ala carte items. when ordering in the drive thru, 4 cars before can take up to 30 minutes until I get to the window; I wait for another 6 minutes to get my food. the orders I get are in the rule of unpleasant quality by consistently stale kartoffeln, chicken tasting cold, and custom ingredients are completely ignored. I try to be friendly with food staff, often thanks to them for their work, and I have consistently found the personal here, who are connected with little enthusiasm, drive or cohesion. it is difficult for me to write this critique because I am not often critical for such things and have worked in food service. this is said if I want taco bell now, I would rather just make the trip to another instead of this 5min away. parking: instead of small parking space, but in the rule a 3 car parked.
We ordered take out, and the website said that it would be prepared for pick up. We paid for it. When we went to pick it up, the doors were locked. They kept the money.Earlier, we waited a long time in the drive through line. When we got to order, they asked if we placed a mobile or online order, otherwise we couldn't be served.So this Taco Bell was a huge waste of time and very frustrating. There was no pick up available for the on line order that was placed. And, don't waste your time waiting in line in the drive through, because they told me I couldn't be served because I hadn't placed an order online.Additionally, they don't answer the phone, so don't expect to get your money back.
