The food and service were great! The Brisket was the best for us; followed closely by the Brussels Sprouts. And save room for the Banana Pudding… The food was quick out of the kitchen; and the service was great at all levels.

I’ve been wanting to try this place again since we moved here (previously visited on a business trip. we finally got out there on Friday night (12/22, and my memories were not overdone. The turkey was great as was the pulled pork. The Mac and cheese and sweet potatoes were a standout, and I enjoyed the hush puppies. My parents were with us, and they are used to Western NC bbq, and they liked it too! The one negative was that service wasn’t as great as it had been in the past. It wasn’t the servers fault as he was covering a lot of the restaurant. If anything, I chalked it up to the holidays. We’ll be back!

This place is incredible- the chopped pork was smoky and delicious! The fried chicken and collards greens are old school, Southern cooking. One of our new faves in RDU!!!
