Tony's Pizza - Raleigh

I finally visited Tony's which ironically is located right next door to my fitness studio Sk1ll. I've maintained a high level of self control the past few months avoiding this place. Yesterday I ordered 2 pepperoni slices for my daughter and garlic knots. As a native New Yorker, I know good pizza. When I heard that the slices are huge, I didn't expect them to be humongous! These are notorious B.I.G huge ! We enjoyed the slices and I look forward to ordering a fresh pie next time so that I can taste the difference. The slices were just reheated. The only thing I did not enjoy was the garlic knots. They had no garlic on them at all. Disappointing. Service here was excellent. There was a adorable young man running the cash register and many others working hard.

Real pizza from Italy, NY style pizza. Delicious! Huge slices I have had no interaction with service other than ordering food. They have heavy Italian accents, and I'm glad when they understand my order. The ambience is a step up from fast food restaurants.

Trying to figure what to have for dinner... problem solved, another great pizza from Tony's! Order a 17 inch with pepperoni. Great pizza at a great price ... perfect combo. Ever in the area give them a call!! Great tasting pizza served by a friendly staff is as good as it gets!

Today after my covid shot I decided to go to to Tony's pizza. While inside not very busy, and the dude with the foreign accent was talking pretty fast, and it was clear and fast service and I loved it. It took a couple seconds to cook the pizza, and the pizza tasted pretty good. Come here if you want fast service in my opinion. If I was the manager I would love to hire this responsible guy.We need more people like that older dude. YOU STOLE THE SHOW, BEEN PATIENT AND MADE A CUSTOMER PROUD!!: These employees deserve better pay.

Run of the mill NY pizza... no complaints except why they claim to have the biggest slices in Raleigh or refer to their slices as Monster Slice in their mailers when they are no bigger than any other pizza places. Schiano 's are Randy 's pizza have slices that are about twice the size.. those are Monster Slices .
