2 stars is generous. They will ask you if you want single, double, or triple and no matter what you answer, they will give you a single It's ridiculous. I'm tired of spending the extra money for the double and coming home to find out I get 1 sad patty.
I love their breakfast menu. Their sausage is the best.
Horrible service. The guy inside locked the doors so that they wouldn't get any customers during their operation hours which at my time is 6:30pm. I only order chicken nuggets and fries, the fries were cold and looked like they were sitting in oil. The. My friends meal was the same way. We sent them back and told him to give us new fries. What's fun is the staff was blaming the tall guy right away when we asked why was the doors locked while customers where eating inside. I over heard him saying he was stopping people from coming in because the drive through was busy. That's no excuse! You still keep your doors open if the sign says your open. Also you don't serve cold stale food to paying customers. I wouldn't recommend this Wendy's to anyone. Just keep driving till the next one. Maybe that will get them to fix their customer service and stop locking doors during their posted hours of operation.
Disorganized and wrong order. After repeating my order THREE times at the drive through speaker, I was asked again TWICE what my order was at the window. After I received my food, the order was still WRONG. Had to go inside, where they asked what my order was for the SIXTH time. Then proceeded to give me my correct order, which had been sitting, now cold, for over 10 minutes. Not only that, I didn?t receive a spoon for my frosty or the ketchup I requested. This is why these national chains won?t last. Horrible. Horrible. Horrible.
