Several customers and I had to wait for employees to stop talking with the order. the personal was loud and screamed over the room to each other. on the plus side was eating well and a clean environment
Too much confusion for the amount of traffic in the business. the food was cold. hot and crispy on nugget and pommeskarton but were cold as ice. no salt or ketchup. I'm back.
15 minutes after payment waited. you saw a guy clean the door window 3 times then chat on the phone. three vehicles have their in front of mine. the command came wrong. in and was greeted with an rude hired with an employment. I just wanted to correct my order. I still got wrong and never got pommes.
Absolutely the worst service form for all wendys. sa I traveled for more than 5 minutes and watched how to eat the cash and then put for my food. told me to move forward and wait there for more than 8 minutes. had to go to the driving window to ask for my eating what they forget to do even for me!
I drove 20 minutes to get to this Wendy’s tonight as the other Wendy’s’ chocolate frosty milkshake was down. Upon arrival the shift supervisor on duty, Kareem, was super helpful and polite. He accommodated all of my requests and didn’t make me feel like I was being a bother. I will drive 20 minutes again to go to this location versus the locations closer to me. Thanks again Kareem!
