Contribuisci feedbackAfter watching a movie, my family and I decided to grab a quick bite at Wendy's. We ordered a large double bacon chicken sandwich, a medium spicy chicken sandwich, and a medium-sized 10 piece nugget meal. However, we received three burgers, fries, and small drinks instead. When we informed the staff about the mistake, the manager wanted to confirm our order. Despite showing them our receipt and what we actually received, they still took a while to correct the order. This has unfortunately been a recurring issue with Wendy's service. This will be our first and last time dining here.
Trashy and the service were not good. I'm waiting for the register to welcome someone, and the hired people look at me and talk to each other. I will never go back to Wendy’s and in
Waited over 30 minutes in the drive thru line with only maybe 6 or 8 cars in front of us. When we got our food, the top baby was not only warm, but actually cold, as from a freeze cabinet.
I gave up a pick-up order and when he was delivered to my car, there was no article. I had to mask and go in to get the missing product, which was certainly an inconvenience. as far as food itself is concerned, it fulfilled my expectations.
I went here for lunch and it wasn’t too busy at the drive-thru which was nice. Very fast service and good food. I like that it’s close to Wake Tech!
