However, during my last visit, the service was painfully slow, most likely due to a lack of staff. The employees who were working did their best and remained positive. I hope this issue can be addressed and resolved promptly.
Wendy's offers a satisfactory burger with a variety of options, including baked and grilled buns and a selection of salads to cater to different nutritional needs. However, like many fast food places today, the restaurant seemed understaffed and the employees appeared overworked. Despite the long wait time, the server was friendly and apologetic. The low rating is not a reflection of the food or service quality, but rather the lack of adherence to the fast food promise on their website. Hopefully, Wendy's can hire more staff to improve their overall experience.
Some people they work here are so rude. I couldn't even give up my order. I wanted to get my mother a little dinner last night and wait patiently on the intercom. any time passed and no one said something, so I said hello (in a very quiet vote they will remember. I worked for a few years in food service and really try my best to treat everyone as I wanted to be) no one answered, so I say hello again. I did it three times. then comes one of the employees on the intercom. sounds like a young teenage girl and she goes hi!!! I'll scream in the rude tone that mocks me. I was started for a minute and nothing was said. then another employee comes to the conversation with her and this employee sounds older. she goes hello we can hear you first of all, I wanted to ask if they could hear me, then why not answer? and secondly, why was I screamed on lol. so respectful and for what? I promise you everything I said was hello. I couldn't even order, I said literally, okay have a good night then I ran away.
That is the absolute worse! I had to wait 30 minutes for an online order and it was just an article just a big dr. pepper then if you really are happy they will totally disregard the business hours and close when they want, as tonight sign and website says 12 clock closed they at 11:22 at this point customers are not a priority
