Wendy's - Raleigh

I have a crispy chicken that was all, but crispy! After waiting in the drive thru line for a good ten minutes. Not so fast!

That is consistently the slowest wendy’s in the history of eternality. my order is in the right place and my food is in the right place, but it takes forever every time.

Consistent long waiting times, expect to spend 15 20 minutes here, regardless of whether there are 2 cars in front of them. a line will form definitiw behind them if there is not one. they make each individual customer wait before they order their order.

So friendly and friendly! Asked for additional ketchup packages and they gave us hills!! The best service??

The only positive thing I have to say is that the chicken sandwiches are delicious. Horrible wait in the drive through today (12/27). I literally waited 15 minutes before moving one spot in line (the line was about 5 cars beyond the speaker when I arrived, and I waited a total of 35 minutes in the drive thru line). When I got to the window to get my food, nobody apologized for the wait- they didn't even greet me- they just took my debit card and returned it to me with the food. This Wendy's used to have good service up until November/December 2020- I don't know what happened but it has gone downhill. I will start going across town to get my food.
