Subway - Raleigh-Durham Airport

*Dont get curbside pickup if you want to get your food when it’s done*I’ve come here at least 5 times since I moved to Cary and every time I’ve gotten curbside pickup. Today I ordered my food and it said pick up at 6:50 pm and by 7 o’clock I called the store to see where it was. They didn’t answer the first call and the second time I called I was told by the girl who picked up the phone that “they aren’t allowed to do curbside pickup and they left it on the cart inside.” After telling her I ordered on the app for curbside she tells me she’ll send another girl out to bring it to me. Now my sandwiches are cold bc I was told on the app to stay in my car and wait and the workers inside weren’t ever going to bring my food out. Please don’t have the option for curbside pickup if it is not available so I can get my food before it is cold.

If there is an option for review I will give 0 for service what a rude

I wish I could give it a zero star for service as the service in this store is worst,wastage of time and money!
