Taco Bell - Raleigh-Durham Airport

Worst drive through experience. Lady doing the drive through very unfriendly and very rude. She rushed us in ordering . Once we sat there for a little while to get our food she handed us the bag and almost dropped it, and the bottom of the bag was covered in sauce. It got all over my husbands hand. All the chips were all over the bag. So bad

If you have 30 minutes you don't know how to spend, order a Taco.

Update: tried it again. Once again I never revived packet of sauce. I ordered a Baja freeze and I never even received it. I ordered a Steak Grilled Cheese Burrito and never received it. I only received the beef chalupa sub, soft chicken taco. I spent $20 for the meal. There is no way the employee base is this incompetent. Don’t waste your time here. Obviously they are not going to change or do the right things Horrible service and food. This is the second I’ve ordered on DoorDash and asked for sauce and nothing was given to me. I ordered and paid extra for a Baja Blast freeze and they gave me just the soda. The abundance of poor reviews is a reflection of their service and staff. Management/ownership should be ashamed of themselves and their employee’s conduct.

I've been through Taco Bell drive thrus no fewer than 2500 times in my life. I once bought a house because it was near a Taco Bell. So I know what I'm talking about when I say this location has CONSISTENTLY the slowest drive thru I have ever experienced. I don't know what they are doing in there, but it isn't making tacos with any urgency.

Food was hot and delicious, great service and atmosphere peaceful
