It was annoying because the store had employees hanging around and chatting. I don't usually worry about unprofessionality, but if I pay money for something incredible, it doesn't make me happy. It brings dough into an oven and sprinkles it with cheese... is it really hard to do??
Stood at the counter for a few minutes with several workers I see clearly waiting to help. After all, you have to say how you can tell me if my pizza is ready? Kid closest to me doesn't even look at me with his back, says what's your name? You're chatting a bit without telling me a word for a few minutes. Finally, a child comes up and finds it. Ready and hot (but no longer) along. 8 minutes later I go out with my hot/cold pizza.
Really terrible. Less sauce they started to boil their pizza, probably to save money. They used to be really good, with crusty browned cheese at the edges. Now it's just dry boiled bread.
You have a bunch of toddlers who have no respect for each other or customers! I wait 20 minutes for 1 hot and ready and 1 wing. They had no hurry and no customers came to wait so long. After all the waiting, they literally pulled it out of the warmer. It was ready all the time, but I waited to get 20 minutes.
They don?t answer phones. I finally got someone to take my order but they kept repeating it back wrong and then they hung up on me out of their own frustration. I drove all the way to the store only to find out they did not make my food. What a horribly ran store. Will NEVER go back. UPDATE If you are lucky enough to get a pizza from here then that?s awesome. If you don?t want to waste your time, try Pizza Hut on 84th and Q. They are really nice, solidly ran and the food tastes better. Plus they answer the phone!!
