Villa Pinnawala - Rambukkana

The pool is impressive and the rooms are incredibly comfortable. The food is delicious and the bathrooms are spotlessly clean. The hotel staff are exceptionally friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to unwind.

Dont know what happend to the place but very dissapointed by the experience. not even close to the experience expected by the recomendations. understafed and subqualified .restaurant is patettic forgot some orders brought dishes different from the menu tv worked first night but second night tv was disconected due to non payment of the bills . definetly not something you expect from a 5* hotel, room and bathroom nice.

Many thanks for their immense support for our engagement and the personal, service, eating and the atmosphere are all with standards and we were really impressed. I recommend this place.
