Ambience: The Fichtestube is located in the town centre of Rammenau, on the transit road from Bischofswerda to Radeberg. Parking is located directly two in front of the house, others are located opposite the road on the village square. The restaurant is modern and at the same time rustic, guest room on the wall a large family tree of Johann Gottlieb Fichte, the famous son of Rammenauer. the obligatory Eibauer Schwarzbier Among the vaults are set up various seating areas, the tresen thrones centrally in the room. Eibauer Black beer As main foods my wife and I chose the Paniert Bautz ́ner Senfschnitzel with bacon beans black beer sauce and croquets for €12.90, my daughter wished the chicken breast with tomatoes and cheese baked, with tomato noodles with rocket for € 13.50. The drinks came to the place quite flotted, we had to wait for the tomato soup. Soljanka Unfortunately I was quite disappointed by this, it was actually not more than warm tomato brand with herbs and spices. So it wasn't that special. The main foods could not wait long. They looked delicious. The mustard was absolutely superb. Soft, neatly seasoned with Bautzner mustard and really big. The beans were unfortunately somewhat tasteless, here I had the appearance that frozen beans were swung briefly in the pan, but any spices were forgotten. I'd rather not lose a word to the croquettes. These were typical wholesale goods. They were dry and became more and more in the mouth. Bäh.... Bautz ́ner Senfschnitzel mit Speckbohnen, Schwarzbiersoße und Kroketteen Quite differently the chicken breast of my daughter. I've already envyed them.
