Amici Pizza Pasta Subs - Ramona

My husband and I were here with friends and the food was really good. The marinara sauce tasted homemade of fresh tomatoes as we make after selecting our ripe tomatoes from the garden. The chicken parmesan was perfectly cooked. The Calzone that shared our friends was huge! We're definitely going back.

Fast and friendly service. Eating was the perfect temperature and served quickly. Ingredients tasted fresh and portions were very generous. We ordered the Amici Family meal and had more than enough food for two nights worth dinner (antipasti salad, spaghetti, 2 ingredients pizza, 2 sausages, 2 meatballs, 2 chicken parmesan, and enough side bread to feed a small army for $60). Seating area and toilet were very clean and well lit. Our checkout/server was beyond the recording and has made a wonderful task to ensure that we had everything we needed. Definitely recommend checking Amici when you are in the area.

Great pizza and great service. We arrived late on Wednesday night when they were finished, so instead of being more annoying, we ordered 2 of the slice of pizzas in the warmer front. Not only did they warm them up for us in the oven, but encouraged us to sit on the terrace and enjoy our meal while they served us. And the PIZZA was laborious. They didn't have to, but they did. It meant the world to my family and I after a really hard day in work, from some heavy news that made it a very emotional day. It filled my heart with joy that Amici Pizza Pasta Subs took care of us without knowing anything about it. What great people. Thank you.

I am the Italian New Yorker who grew up in authentic Italian cuisine, and I must say that this place is the best Italian food I had in California! The staff is so friendly and welcoming. I just moved to Ramona from the area of La Mesa, but even if I were not a local, I would take the 30-minute drive to experience her menu. I highly recommend for locals and if you live from the city, it is worth the ride!

Unusually home made kinda feeling when i eat here. Anapasta salad is very unusual as it has meat roles and cheese roles. Step outside the box. Don't just order a pizza! Get something these folks are really great at!
