McDonald's Glenmore - Ramsay Creek

Compared to other McDonalds visited in the past, this been decent and kept in good condition. Friendly staff and fast service in a clean environment. This is the minimum you can expect in any restaurant you visit. You can have a stop there if you are around this place.

Went through the drivethru at the McDonald's in Glenmore, was greeted by "what can I get for you". No hello or welcome to McDonald's. I ordered a quarter cheese meal. It took a while to get the order and when I took a bite of the quarter cheese I found it to be cold. The fries were hot and fresh. I have gotten a lot of cold food from this place. I have many other places to spend my money and will not be back to the Glenmore McDonald's.

Family demanded ice cream. Waited in line. "What do you want?" Ice creams x 4 please. Our ice cream machine is not available, sorry. Ok, frozen coke please x 4.That's empty, nobody has checked why. Ok. A large chips please. You mean fries? Yes. Chips thanks.Oh the struggle is real people. Family restaurant you say? Can't even get the basics right.

Service is good, drive through goes through quick and meals are correct. Has a good size playground.

Called in our way north for our $14 morning tea. Our lattes were luke warm and the apple muffins were cold and a couple of days old I would say. A few seconds in the microwave to warm them up would have been good and freshened them up! We usually have a good morning tea at Macca's in other towns so we were disappointed. Guess we should have asked for things to be heated up ...our fault!? ,
