Contribuisci feedbackI just went to this Burger King later on this afternoon we really need some nice Mexican workers not this domican worker lady that has a bad attitude with the customers and we need to remove thoses old recite that has codes because they just stolen my number codes so we need some Mexican workers that could speak English and little bit of Spanish but this gas station with the burger King in it really need a restroom so the customers could use it and this gas station need to be own by nice Mexican workers and they should paid everything at burger King and just add google pay and the cash Mexican guy should own the cash register only for the gas station that shouldn't be a part of Burger King because it's a restaurant and we need better workers not people with attitude
The food wasn't really very good. My wraps were poorly made and they tasted like they had been sitting a while. The food wasn't worth what I paid for it.
If I could I would give 0 stars after my experience tonight (2/1/2024). I placed a mobile order and after arriving to the restaurant and getting in the drive through I sat for several minutes periodically saying hello into the speaker. So after no answer I proceeded through the path and approached the window and saw a young lady in the back, I beeped my horn several times in a hope to get her attention. After not getting anyone attention I parked my car in a spot and got out of my car to go inside the store to receive my order, all the doors are locked but the lights are all on and there are workers in the store. After several more minutes of me knocking on doors and windows, a man finally came and told me that they were closed. He did not give a reason for the closure and also was extremely rude when I asked why they didn’t turn off the mobile ordering since the store wasn’t open for business and he rudely told me to “issue myself a refund on the app and that there was nothing he could do” he didn’t apologize for the inconvenience and there was no signs in the doors or drive though saying that the store was closed, after I expressed this to him he told me that “the parking lot lights are off and that should be good enough” I told him this was ridiculous and they just lost a very loyal usually happy customer. I was in the drive though for 10 minutes and then I was knocking for another 5 minutes and then the man argued with me for another 10 minutes. NEVER RETURNING after how that rude man treated me.
Ok first thing is you can’t find it. It’s in the gas station mart. I only saw McD’s next door and drove past it, then had to all the way around on 17 to come back and find it and inside the gas station. The signage is terrible. Small BK logo just under gas station name and above prices. Food was regular BK but why offer drive thru on the app? There is none. You have to go in to pickup. Would’ve given more stars if I didn’t have to waste gas driving around to find it. Only a few tables if you want to eat there.
Now I see why Burger King is on the downward spiral. I stopped in to get a whopper jr duo with fries and onion rings. The burger I received in the whopper jr wrapper was approximately the size of a White Castle burger. At least at White Castle it’s less than a dollar a burger. The whopper jr duo was 5.00 for 2 burgers. 1 ketchup packet drenched the burger (that’s how small each one was). Never again. I don’t like fast food but Burger King is now out of my “occasional” indulgence. Boo to you BK. You don’t rule!
