Caribou Coffee - Ramsey

Least favorite Caribou location. I've witnessed a manager yelling at the nice girls working there and that's not okay. I'll place a drink order in the app before I get there, but never food, because this location seems to run out of things quickly or just doesn't order when they're supposed to, so I always want to check in person if they have any food I want BEFORE I've already paid for it. I'm willing to negotiate on a drink if any ingredients for a DRINK aren't available, but FOOD is never negotiable. I don't want something else to eat and I don't want app credit I can only use there, I either want what I paid for or I want my money back!

Did a drive thru order. Was ready in less than 8 minutes. Cheerful staff.

I've never had a bad experience here ever--the staff is so personable and it's more like talking to friends than a customer/staff member interaction. Great customer service is so important and this location is doing it right!! Keep up the good work everyone.

I always enjoy their coolers. I didn't order any food, just drinks.
