It's usually pretty good, but we've gotten burned a few times. Once just a really bad pizza and then recently we got a pepperoni pizza when we were supposed to get a chicken bacon ranch, totally the wrong pizza! That was disappointing.
This is now the second worst experience I have had from this location. The first was a few months ago and the employee forgot to put chicken on a chicken beckon ranch sandwich. Yes the chicken was nonexistent. Now this last time I figured I’d give it a go. Why not? It’s been a few months… All the previous employee are probably fired or have gotten better. So I picked extra on the chicken and cheese just to be safe. The attached photo is what I received. How freakin high are the kids working here? And where is the manager? I’m officially done with domino’s because of this location. Don’t bother with getting anything from here. The area is full of many small pizzeria’s that would gladly take your money.
Ordered food at 7:07 on a Friday night. Had to call at 8:03 to see what the status of my order was. They told me 30-40 min. I said I order at 7:07. I understand they may be short drivers/busy, but if this is the case, do not take online orders. They’ve lost my business. So almost 2 hours for an online order? If I had known, I would have done pick up.
Horrible customer service. They touch food without gloves once it's out of the oven. They have no help from delivery drivers that sit outside for 15 to 20 minutes before coming inside to help. Burning everything stating dominos says everything should be burnt when it comes out of the oven.. burnt or charred because there's a difference. Needs to be closed down.
