Panera Bread - Ramsey

If I could give 0 stars for service and the atmosphere I would. Starters they forgot half the stuff in the bag. Second they were very rude while I was waiting. I get it if you’re having a bad day but this girl should not be working in customer service. They gave us no spoons no forks my grill cheese wasn’t fully cooked. The Mac and cheese was a gross texture. Never coming here again.

I absolutely love this place! I love Panera in general but the Ramsey location is definitely my favorite. No matter what time I go there, it's always a wonderful experience. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, the food is unbelievably awesome, and the prices are very fair. I also appreciate their wide selection of menu items and their variety of drinks. They have such a relaxing atmosphere and nobody's in a rush to kick you out. All in all I give them an A

Huge shout out to Dom #2) and Zaira and the other crew that fulfilled a last minute catering order for me. I’m not recommending that you intentionally put them through this, but they rose to the occasion and performed Super-Human service acts to get this ready for me. I had mistakenly put the wrong date on my original order. The staff at this Panera was GREAT! Thank you! My presentation went spectacular and the food arrived exactly when I needed it!

I ordered that barbeque chicken sub sandwich with cheese. It's all that can be called is a bunch of cheese on it with a few slices of onions on it. It was the worst sandwich made. I would expect a sub sandwich to have lettuce, tomatoes, and onions at least. Lastly, their kios machine was on the blink. It was operating in guest mode only and I couldn't get my subscriber drink free. Don't think this Panera Bread location has enough help to insure all is working and made properly.
