Panera Bread - Ramsey

, it was okay it look like a typical Panera store nothing special

Ordered a small mac n cheese with a fresh baguette as my side one extra baguette. Got a text saying that my order was ready so I went up and grabbed the tray with my receipt laying on the plate. I went back and about 10 minutes into eating had an employee approach me to say that I grabbed someone else 's food and that next time I should be more careful. I explained to her that the mistake was on their end and that I grabbed the plate with my receipt. She responded, Okay, but next time you should be more careful. This interaction was completely unprofessional, the worker said you can keep the food this time but next time be more careful. What does this mean? Next time Panera makes a mistake you 'll take my half eaten food from me?

This is on of my go to stops when I visit NJ. The food is like all Panera, wonderful sandwich fare. The staff are super friendly. The only limit is the restrooms which are not always very clean.

I, unfortunately, let a group of women in before me (I held the door for them) and I guess they were regulars because the server addressed them enthusiastically and then stood there chatting with them. I got a bit frustrated as this went on, since I was trying to pick up lunch quickly and head back to work, so I went to the kiosk instead. The kiosk wouldn't work so I got back in line and they were still talking. The line started to back up behind me. Finally, a man came over to open a new register and took my order. He was very funny and personable and is actually the only reason I added an extra star for service. The food was ready relatively quickly but the place needs a deep cleaning. Definitely not as clean looking as other locations. Also, when I got back to work and opened the half sandwich, it looked like mostly bread I had to open it up to see the barely there contents inside it. I probably will not be returning to this location.
