Baskin-robbins - Rancho Cordova

I ordered 2 cakes for my son's birthday. One was correct and the other has no requested writing on it and the wrong flavor of ice cream. I called to work it out with the location and the girl who answered the phone said she would call her manager and someone would call me back in 5 minutes. I waited 15 and called again. The girl said the manager said the cakes were right. I think I know if they were right because I cut them. I had 10 people waiting for cake so I had to serve it. I demanded to talk to someone in authority. She said her manager would call me. Instead I get a text of the receipt that I paid for the cakes. No kidding. I paid for them. I ordered them. You made them wrong. I tried to call back and they wouldn't answer the phone from my number. I used another phone and they answered. I told them to grow up. When you have a disgruntled customer you need to deal with it. I demanded the owners phone number. I left a message. No response. I tried to call the manger. No answer. I texted back that I started annoyed but now I am pissed off and I will seeking legal recourse for reimbursement. I am an attorney with cancer and time on my hands and they messed with my only sons birthday celebration. I don't know how many I will have with him so they are precious. I am just disgusted with how this is being handled.

1st and only time ive gone here and the employees were rude. Wouldn’t recommend.

Me and my girl just got two milkshakes from here and they're delicious! I got the chocolate peanut butter one, and my lady got the jamocha carmel one. Both were perfect. Staff was nice, and store was clean. I even forgot my gloves here two weeks ago, and when I stopped by before work to get coffee they had em for me. Much love.
