Salt Sushi - Rancho Cordova

The fish was fresh and delicious, and the service staff were friendly and attentive. The sushi was great, and the atmosphere was enjoyable.

The food was outstanding. The server, while not very knowledgeable, was absolutely beautiful.

We had a wonderful experience at the restaurant, sitting at the sushi bar and chatting with the chef as he helped us decide what to order. After discussing our preferences, he made some fantastic suggestions that led to an incredible meal. The monkfish liver was out of this world, and the Gulf shrimp was so fresh that my wife remarked it tasted like it had just leaped out of the water.
