I won’t be giving business to this location anymore. The owner is there often. And I noticed that the employees are watched like a hawk. I ordered two over priced two-scoop sundaes that cost me $7.99 each. As I watched the girl make the sundaes I noticed that she was following step by step instructions on a card. The scoops were small minimal toppings were put on the sundaes. I asked her why she was only putting a trickle of fudge on the sundae she said that she was instructed to do that. I feel that the owner is all about her profit not customer satisfaction. I’ll find another ice cream shop,

I Got a birthday cake for my sons 7th birthday and he loved it. It was delicious. And the cake came out perfect better then I pictured in my head great customer service and im just very satisfied with this location. The owner and the employees are very friendly

Normally when we go here they have good customer service. Tonight a girl helped me with very thin drawn eye brows and she wouldn't take my order until the register was free. Which was 5 minutes. She just stood around and waited. Then she took my order and put my change on the counter instead of handing it to me. She got my ice cream and then put it on the counter. Very rude!

Not sure what was going on today, but used to be a good location. Walked in was waiting to be served as the worker was finishing an online order. She said would be right with us, but then another customer walks in for a cake order as she was finishing the other order and she walked away to go do that instead. Not sure how you skip a customer but it happened and we walked out. Can say won’t go back anytime soon.

Two teens, stoned out of their gourds, told me they had none of the ingredients for a vanilla sundae...at an ice cream shop.
