Definitely new owners. Food isn't terrible but no where near as good as it was. Another story of someone who took a place with really good food and changed it.
They say 20 minutes for your order it’s like 40 minutes. They give you one price on phone and different when I arrive. They have gone downhill since be top rated.
I had the Chicken Chow Mein. It was delicious. Very attentative staff. Will definitely go back.
