Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Upon walking into this place the first thing you notice is the stench. It was very gross while trying to eat but it was rainy outside so my daughter and I ate inside. After we were done I walked to the bathroom with my daughter and service dog as I am disease well and a tough man started to question me about if I was attempting to use the restroom and I said yes. He proceeded to tell me that I couldn't and that the restrooms were for customers only. I'm not sure why he was all over me when he didn't see us there eating for 20 minutes but was now trying to kick me out!!! I was upset and told him that I was a paying customer and I just got done eating. He simply walked away rudely with no apology. After this his boss also came out to lie to me and continue to harass us. She proceeded to tell me oh no it's because you can't have the dog in here. My dog was clearly wearing his vest and I said I would show her my certification and she continued to be rude. I'm so upset my little daughter had to witness all of this. We will NEVER go back!

I redeemed an offer at this Cafe for a Sunrise Sunset and it's so tasty! Its not too thick, but its enough to stay IN the straw, so definitely a smoothie, not juice. ? My offer was for a 24oz, so I shared it with a friend. There's a separate register for those redeeming a promo. The woman who took my order was friendly and the ordering process was quick and efficient. Surprisingly, I wasn't overwhelmed by the smell of fruit, but rather a chicken aroma, possibly from someone previously ordering a flat bread smelled delicious. I may try that next. ? The offer got me in the door, but the speed and satisfaction of my experience today will bring me back.

All staff was very, efficient, informative of all menu options including savings options of money. Very happy with the taste of food and promptness. Smoothie was well blended and not watery. My Bahama Mama smoothie was excellent and the staff is very sweet. Fast service and nice location with lots of parking.

Very nice small colorful environment! Thank you Sukndeep for the amazing açaí bowl! I replaced the strawberries with mango and was amazing. The bowl was nice and thick throughout the entire time eating. Thank you again will come back!
